Gracefully Miracle accepts returns on full-price items only within 14 days of the original order date for store credit. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received—unworn, unwashed, and free of damage—or the return may be denied. Please ensure that the items included in your return match the return authorization. Any additional or unapproved items may not be accepted. All original tags must be attached (please note that some items may arrive without tags). We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
We do not offer refunds to the original method of payment. If you have questions regarding sizing or styling, please feel free to contact us at hello@gracefullymiracle.com and we will respond within 24 hours. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Store credit does not expire and will be delivered via email as an E-Gift Card once your return has been processed.
Shipping costs and any package protection fees are non-refundable.
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Eligible returns will be reviewed and approved based on our return policy, and you will receive further instructions by email.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued to the email address used at checkout in the form of an E-Gift Card. Store credit never expires.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the situation and assist you promptly.
WHAT IF I PAID WITH AFTERPAY OR SHOP PAY?
Orders placed using Afterpay or Shop Pay are eligible for store credit only, in accordance with our return policy. Payment plans are managed directly through the payment provider.
